All activities are regulated by the gambling commissioner in compliance with the Gambling Act of 2005. The commissioner is responsible for ensuring that all activities are conducting their operations in line with the rules and regulations of the country. The Gambling Act 2005 also ensures that the license holders should not offer their services to those below 18 years old, with the exemption of lotteries without money prizes – of which they would allow 16-year-olds to participate in.
